Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for damaged or used items.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A clear and continuous unboxing video is required to request any return or exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the product condition.
- Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Return & Exchange Request Timeline
- All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3–4 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Charges

- A ₹400 return handling fee will be applicable on all returns.
- This charge will be borne by the customer.

5. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Once your request is approved and the item is received, the exchange process will be initiated.
- Please allow up to 15 days** for the exchange to be completed and delivered.

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video
- Clear images of the product
- Eligible cases will be processed without additional charges.

8. Important Notes
- The brand reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and logistics.
